Ingredients
- Brown Sugar ½ Cup
- White Sugar ½ Cup
- Butter ½ Cup
- 1 egg at room temperature
- Flour 1&½ Cup
- Baking Powder ½ tsp
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Chocolate Chips ½ Cup
Step 1
In a Bowl, add brown sugar, white sugar and melted Butter. Give it a very good mix.
Step 2
Now add an egg in it. Make sure Egg should be at room temperature. Now beat it well. Best for at least 3-4 minutes.
Step 3
Now add flour, baking powder and a bit of salt. Mix well and make a dough. Add some chocolate chips and mix again.
Step 4
Now make small sized balls. Place them on a baking tray. And refrigerate for 15 minutes to make them light firm.
Step 5
After refrigerating for 15 minutes, bake them for 15-18 minutes at 170°C. After baking, let them rest and cool completely.
