Chinese biryani

Experience a delightful fusion with Chinese biryani, where fragrant basmati rice mingles with stir-fried vegetables, tender chicken, and a medley of Asian spices, creating a harmonious blend of flavors and cultures in every bite.

Ingredients

  • Eggs 2 medium size
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Pepper ¼ tsp
  • Yellow food Colour a pinch
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Chicken 500g
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Chili 2 tbsp
  • Pepper ½ tsp
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chilli sauce 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Carrots ½ Cup
  • Capsicum ½ Cup
  • Cabbage ½ Cup
  • Boiled rice 500g
  • Spring onions as required

Step 1

In a bowl, add eggs, salt, pepper, yellow food colour and beat well. In a pan, add oil and cook for a minute. Cut into small pieces.

Step 2

In a wok, add oil. Heat it. Add garlic and Sauté for a minute. Add chicken and Cook for 5-7 minutes.

Step 3

Add salt, chillies and pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Step 4

Add soy sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce. Cook for another 3-4 minutes. Add carrots. And cook for 2-3 minutes. Then add capsicum and cabbage and mix.

Step 5

Separate half of the chicken. Then add boiled rice. Add separated half chicken and then eggs and spring onions.

Step 6

Next add rice, eggs and spring onions.

Step 7

Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and serve hot!
