Ingredients
- Boiled Chickpea 1 cup
- 2 Diced Cucumbers
- 1 Diced Tomato
- ½ Diced Yard-long cucumber
- 1 onion
- Olive Oil 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Pepper ½ tsp
- Chilli flakes ½ tsp
- Coriander Leaves 1 tbsp
Step 1
In a bowl, add boiled chickpea, diced cucumbers, diced Tomato, diced Yard-long cucumber, onion.
Step 2
In a small bowl, add oil, lemon juice, some salt, pepper and chilli flakes. Add coriander leaves And give it a good mix.
Step 3
Add this dressing on diced vegetables. Mix it together.
