Ingredients
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
- Chopped Onions 2 tbsp
- Chicken 250g
- Chili Powder ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Cumin Powder ½ tsp
- Pepper ½ tsp
- Chili Flakes ½ tsp
- Water ¼ Cup
- Carrot ¼ Cup
- Capsicum ¼ Cup
- Cabbage ¼ Cup
- Green Chilies 1 tbsp
- Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
- Cornflour 1 tbsp
- Water 3 tbsp
- Square Dough Sheets as required
- Oil for frying
Step 1
In a pan, add oil. Add chopped garlic and chopped onions. Cook them for 1-2 minutes. Add Chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes until its colour turns white.
Step 2
Add chili powder, salt, cumin powder, pepper and chili flakes. Mix well.
Step 3
Add some water and cover to cook for 3-4 minutes. Now add carrot, capsicum, cabbage and green chilies. Mix it well and cook for a minute. Finally add chopped coriander leaves and let it cool.
Step 4
Now in a small bowl, add cornflour and water. Mix well and set it aside.
Step 5
Take a square dough sheet and add chicken stuffing in the centre. Fold the corners and start rolling it. Apply that cornflour slurry and close it.
Step 6
Fry them in oil on medium-low flame until golden brown. Once fried, serve with your favourite sauce.
