Ingredients
- Water as required
- Noodles 3 packet
- Oil ¼ Cup
- Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
- Chicken 500g
- Frozen Peas ¼ Cup
- Carrot ¼ Cup
- 1 medium Capsicum
- 2 packet Noodles Masala
- Vegetable Broth ¼ Cup
- Coriander Leaves 1 tbsp
Step 1
In a large pot of Water, add Noodles and Boil for 3-4 minutes. Once boiled, remove the water, wash it with cold water and set aside.
Step 2
In a pan, add oil. Add chopped garlic and cook for a minute. Add Chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes until its colour turns white. Add frozen peas, carrot, capsicum, noodle’s masala and vegetable broth. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Finally, add boiled noodles and coriander leaves. Mix well.
