Chicken Veggie Noodles

Savor the delightful combination of tender chicken, colorful vegetables, and perfectly cooked noodles, all tossed in a savory sauce for a comforting meal that's both wholesome and satisfying.

Ingredients

  • Water as required
  • Noodles 3 packet
  • Oil ¼ Cup
  • Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Chicken 500g
  • Frozen Peas ¼ Cup
  • Carrot ¼ Cup
  • 1 medium Capsicum
  • 2 packet Noodles Masala
  • Vegetable Broth ¼ Cup
  • Coriander Leaves 1 tbsp

Step 1

In a large pot of Water, add Noodles and Boil for 3-4 minutes. Once boiled, remove the water, wash it with cold water and set aside.

Step 2

In a pan, add oil. Add chopped garlic and cook for a minute. Add Chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes until its colour turns white. Add frozen peas, carrot, capsicum, noodle’s masala and vegetable broth. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3

Finally, add boiled noodles and coriander leaves. Mix well.
