Ingredients
- Oil for frying
- Potatoes 500g
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Chicken 250g
- Chilli flakes ½ tsp
- Pepper ½ tsp
- Chilli Powder ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Cumin seeds ½ tsp
- Water 2 tbsp
- Red Chilli Sauce 2 tbsp
- Mustard Paste 1 tbsp
- Peri Peri Sauce 1 tbsp
- Tomato Ketchup 2 tbsp
- Mayonnaise ½ Cup
- Oregano ¼ tsp
- Paprika ¼ tsp
- Spring Onion for garnishing
Step 1
Take potatoes and cut them into a fries shape. Now in a large pot, add oil and let it hot. Add potato fries and Fry them until light golden. Once done, Set them aside.
Step 2
Now in a pan, add oil. Add Chicken and Cook for 3-4 minutes. Add Chilli flakes, Salt, Pepper, Chilli Powder and Cumin Seeds. Mix well.
Step 3
Add some water and Cover it to cook for 2 minutes. Once chicken is super soft and tender, turn off the flame.
Step 4
To make Delicious Sauce, add Red Chilli sauce, Mustard Paste, Peri Peri Sauce, Tomato Ketchup, Mayonnaise, Oregano and Paprika. Mix well.
Step 5
In A bowl, add Fries, Chicken and Sauce. Garnish with Spring Onions. Serve hot and Enjoy!
