Chicken Topped Fries

Dive into a tantalizing plate of chicken loaded fries, where crispy golden fries are smothered with tender, seasoned chicken, gooey melted cheese, and a sprinkle of fresh green onions, all drizzled with a zesty sauce for the ultimate comfort food experience.

Ingredients

  • Oil for frying
  • Potatoes 500g
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Chicken 250g
  • Chilli flakes ½ tsp
  • Pepper ½ tsp
  • Chilli Powder ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Cumin seeds ½ tsp
  • Water 2 tbsp
  • Red Chilli Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Mustard Paste 1 tbsp
  • Peri Peri Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Tomato Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise ½ Cup
  • Oregano ¼ tsp
  • Paprika ¼ tsp
  • Spring Onion for garnishing

Step 1

Take potatoes and cut them into a fries shape. Now in a large pot, add oil and let it hot. Add potato fries and Fry them until light golden. Once done, Set them aside.

Step 2

Now in a pan, add oil. Add Chicken and Cook for 3-4 minutes. Add Chilli flakes, Salt, Pepper, Chilli Powder and Cumin Seeds. Mix well.

Step 3

Add some water and Cover it to cook for 2 minutes. Once chicken is super soft and tender, turn off the flame.

Step 4

To make Delicious Sauce, add Red Chilli sauce, Mustard Paste, Peri Peri Sauce, Tomato Ketchup, Mayonnaise, Oregano and Paprika. Mix well.

Step 5

In A bowl, add Fries, Chicken and Sauce. Garnish with Spring Onions. Serve hot and Enjoy!
