Ingredients
- Flour 3 Cups
- Yeast 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Milk 1 Cup
- Oil 1 tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
- Onion 1 medium Size
- Chicken 500g
- Salt 1 tsp
- Pepper ½ tsp
- Chilli Flakes ½ tsp
- Cumin Seeds ½ tsp
- Capsicum ½ Cup
- Mayonnaise ½ Cup
- Beaten Eggs
- Black Sesame Seeds
Step 1
In a bowl, add flour, yeast and salt. Mix well. Then add milk and knead a soft dough. Add oil and knead well. Grease the bowl. Brush oil on top of dough. Cover it with plastic cling and Rest for an hour.
Step 2
Now take a pan and add oil. Add ginger garlic paste and onions. Cook for a minute. Now add Chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add some salt, pepper, chilli flakes and cumin seeds. Give it a good mix. Add Capsicum and Mix Well. Finally add Mayonnaise, mix well and turn off the flame.
Step 3
Now the dough has risen up. Knead it for a minute. Take a small ball out of it. Dust flour on the counter and flatten the ball. Put Stuffing at the centre and brush water around the sides. Close and Make a bun.
Step 4
Now brush eggs on the top of the bun. Sprinkle black sesame seeds on it. Now bake it for 20-25 minutes at 180°C.

Delicious Chicken Stuffed Buns are ready to serve!
