Ingredients
- Flour 3 Cups
- Salt ½ tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Water ½ Cup
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Onion 1 medium size
- Minced Chicken 350g
- Ginger Garlic Paste ½ tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds ½ tsp
- Pepper ½ tsp
- Paprika 1 tsp
- Carrot ¼ Cup
- Capsicum ¼ Cup
- Tomato ¼ Cup
- Coriander Leaves 3 tbsp
- An egg
- Oil 1 tbsp
Step 1
In a bowl, add flour, salt and oil. Mix well. Then add water and knead a soft dough. Add oil on the top. Cover and Rest it for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Take a pan, add oil. Add onion and cook for a minute. Then add Chicken and Cook for 3-4 minutes. Now add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute. Add salt, cumin seeds, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
Step 3
Now add Carrot, Capsicum and Tomato. Mix and add Coriander Leaves. Set the mixture aside.
Step 4
Now take a ball from the dough. Flatten it with a rolling Pin. Add stuffing and egg in the centre. Fold the sides.
Step 5
On the griddle, add oil and fry the Paratha until golden brown.

Once cooked, serve hot and Enjoy!
