Ingredients
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Green Chilies 2-3
- 1 Medium Onion
- 1 Medium Carrot
- 1 Large Capsicum
- Oil 1/2 Cup
- Garlic 1&1/2 tbsp
- Chicken 600g
- Cumin Powder 1 tsp
- Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Pepper 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili Sauce 1 tbsp
- Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- 2 Tomato Puree
- Boiled Spaghetti 350g
- Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
Step 1
Add oil in a large wok. Let it heat. Then add green chilies, onion, carrot and capsicum. Cook it for a minute. After a minute, turn off the flame and set it aside.
Step 2
Now in a large wok, add oil about 1/2 Cup. Let it heat. Add chopped garlic and cook for a minute. Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes. In the meantime, add cumin powder, chili powder, pepper, salt, chili sauce, soy sauce and vinegar. Give it a good mix.
Step 3
Now add 2 tomato puree and cook it for 3 minutes. Finally add boiled spaghetti and some fresh coriander leaves. Add those vegetables and mix them properly.
