Ingredients
- Chicken 500g
- Salt ½ tsp
- Pepper ½ tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Chilli Powder 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tsp
- Cumin Powder 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp for frying
- Carrot ½ Cup
- Capsicum ½ Cup
- Onions ½ Cup
- Water 1 Cup
- Tomato Ketchup ¼ Cup
- Soy Sauce 1 tsp
- Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
- Chilli Sauce 2 tbsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
- Cornflour Slurry 1 tsp
Step 1
In a bowl, add Chicken, salt, pepper, ginger garlic paste. Give it a good mix. Add Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin powder and Oil. Mix well.
Step 2
In a pan, add oil. Cook it until golden brown. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Then add carrot and cook for a minute. Add capsicum and onion and cook 1-2 minutes. Once done, set aside.
Step 3
In a bowl, add Water, Tomato Ketchup, Soy sauce, oyster sauce and Chilli Sauce. Mix it well.
Step 4
Take a pan and add oil. Add chopped garlic and cook for a minute. Then add the prepared Sauce mixture.
Step 5
Add Cornflour Slurry and Mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes until it thickens. Finally add chicken and turn off the flame.
Step 6
Delicious Chicken Shashlik is ready. Serve with white rice.
