Ingredients
- Chicken 300g
- Green Chillies 4-5
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
- Pepper ½ tsp
- Cumin Powder ½ tsp
- Chilli flakes ¼ tsp
- Red Chilli Powder ¼ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- 1 Egg
- All Purpose Flour 3 tbsp
- Water ¼ Cup
- Square Dough Sheets 10-12
- Oil for frying
Step 1
In a chopper, add Chicken, Green chillies, Ginger garlic paste, Pepper, Cumin powder, Chilli flakes, Red chilli powder, Salt and an egg. Choperize it to a smooth paste.
Step 2
Take a piping bag. Fill the chicken mixture in it and cut ½ inch from the nozzle.
Step 3
Now make a slurry. For this add all purpose flour in the bowl. Add water and give it a good mix until lumps free.
Step 4
Take a square dough sheet usually used for making samosa. Add the chicken mixture on one side of the sheet. Start rolling the sheet And using slurry, make a clean round roll.
Step 5
It's totally your choice to close the open sides. Apply slurry on both open sides and gently press the sides with fingers.
Step 6
Add Oil in the pan and fry them until golden brown on low flame. Delicious Chicken Cigars are ready to serve.
