Ingredients
- Bread Slices 2-3
- Chicken Boneless 750g
- Coriander ½ bunch
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Chilli powder 1 tsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Chilli Flakes 1 tsp
- Chillies 3-4
- 1 Egg
- For Coating:
- 2 eggs
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Black pepper ¼ tsp
- Breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
Step 1
In a chopper, add bread slices and choperize it well. Add chicken boneless, coriander, ginger garlic paste, salt, chilli powder, black pepper powder, cumin seeds, chilli flakes, Chillies and an egg. Choperize it well.
Step 2
Grease your hands with oil. Take a small portion of mixture and make a donut shape.
Step 3
For coating, take 2 eggs in a bowl. Add salt and pepper and beat it well. Coat chicken donuts with egg and then with Breadcrumbs.
Step 4
In a pan, add oil for frying. Fry them until crispy golden brown.
Step 5
Serve with your favorite sauce.
