Ingredients
- Flour 2 cups
- Salt ½ tsp
- Yeast 1 tsp
- Milk 1 Cup
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Onion 1 small size
- All purpose flour 1 tbsp
- Chicken Stock 1 Cup
- Salt ½ tsp
- Pepper ½ tsp
- Chilli flakes ½ tsp
- Capsicum ½ Cup
- Shredded boiled Chicken 250g
- Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
- Capsicum & Tomatoes for garnishing
- Beaten Eggs
Step 1
In a bowl, add flour, salt and yeast. Give it a good mix. Then add ½ Cup milk. Mix well. Add some more milk, about ¼ Cup. Knead a soft dough. Grease the bowl and also add some oil on the top of the dough. Cover it with plastic cling. Rest it for 60 minutes until risen.
Step 2
In the meantime, take a pan and add oil. Add garlic and onion. Cook for a minute. Add all-purpose flour. Mix well and cook for a minute. Then add Chicken Stock. Mix and cook 2-3 minutes. Add salt, pepper, and chilli flakes. Mix.
Step 3
Then add capsicum, boiled chicken and coriander Leaves. Mix well and set aside.
Step 4
Now the dough has risen up. Knead it for a minute. Then make 6-7 small balls. Dust some flour on the counter. Flatten the ball with the roller. Put some stuffing on the side. Mark some cuts. Make chicken bread.
Step 5
Add capsicum and tomatoes for garnishing. Brush eggs on the top of each bread. Now bake it for 20 minutes at 180°C.
