Ingredients
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Penne Pasta 250g
- Oil 1 Cup
- Chopped Garlic 2 tbsp
- Chicken 600g
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Chili Flakes 1 tsp
- Pepper 1 tsp
- Vinegar 1/4 Cup
- Soy Sauce 1/4 Cup
- Orange Carrot 1/4 Cup
- Red Carrot 1/4 Cup
- Spring Onions 1/4 Cup
- Capsicum 1/4 Cup
- Red Chilies 1 tbsp
- Cabbage 1/2 Cup
- Tomato Ketchup 1/4 Cup
- Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
Step 1
In a pan, add water and let it boil. Add oil, salt and penne pasta and boil them until 90% done.
Step 2
In a large pan, add oil and let it heat. Add chopped garlic and cook for a minute. Add chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes. Add salt, chili flakes, pepper, vinegar and soy sauce. Cook for a minute.
Step 3
Add orange carrot, red carrot, spring onions, capsicum, red chilies and cabbage. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Add boiled penne pasta, tomato ketchup and coriander leaves. Mix it well.
