Ingredients
- Onions 2 medium size
- Chilies 4-5
- Chicken Boneless 500g
- Chili Flakes 1 tsp
- Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cumin Powder 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tsp
- Coriander Seeds 1 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Tomato 2 medium size
- Clarified Butter 1 tbsp
- Cornflour 1 tbsp
- Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
- 1 egg
- Oil for frying
Step 1
In a chopper, add onions and chilies. Choperize it. Then add Chicken, salt, chili flakes, chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, coriander seeds and ginger garlic paste. Choperize it to a smooth paste.
Step 2
Now take the mixture out in a bowl. Add tomatoes, clarified butter, cornflour, coriander leaves and egg. Mix well.
Step 3
Now take a small portion and make a flat kabab. Fry each kabab in oil until golden crispy brown. Once fried, serve hot.
