Ingredients
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Onion 1 small size
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Chicken 500g
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chilli Powder 1 tsp
- Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Chilli flakes ½ tsp
- Tomato 1 small size
- Capsicum ½ Cup
- Cucumber 1 small size
- Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
- Mayonnaise ½ Cup
- Flour ½ Cup
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Pepper ¼ tsp
- Water ½ Cup
- Bread slices (2 for each pocket)
- Breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
- Lettuce
- Mayonnaise
Step 1
In a pan, add oil. Add onion and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute. Add chicken. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Then add salt, chilli powder, cumin seeds, chilli flakes. Mix well.
Step 2
Then add tomato and cook for a minute. Add capsicum, cucumber and coriander leaves. Mix well and turn off the flame. Take Mayonnaise in the chicken and Mix Well.
Step 3
Now take a bowl, add flour. Add salt and pepper. Add water and mix to make a smooth paste. Take 2 slices of bread and dip. Then coat in Breadcrumbs.
Step 4
Now fry them until golden brown. Once fried, cut the bread into half. Add Lettuce and chicken mixture. Top with Mayonnaise.
