Ingredients
- Salt 2 tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Elbow Macaroni 2 Cups
- Oil ¼ Cup
- Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
- Chicken 600g
- Salt 1&½ tsp
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Capsicum
- ¼ Cabbage
- Pepper 1 tsp
- Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
Step 1
In a pot of water, add salt and oil. Let it boil. Add Elbow Macaroni and cook until 80% done. Once cooked, drain the water. Wash the macaroni with cold water and set it aside.
Step 2
Now take a pan, add oil. Add chopped garlic and cook for a minute. Add Chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes until its colour changes to white.
Step 3
Add salt and mix well. Now add carrot and cook for a minute. Then add capsicum and cabbage. Cook for a minute. Add pepper and mix again.
Step 4
Now add Boiled Macaroni and some coriander leaves.
