Ingredients
- Chicken 750g
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chilli Powder 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tsp
- Pepper ½ tsp
- Cumin Powder 1 tsp
- Roasted Chickpea Powder 2 tbsp
- Poppy Seeds Paste 2 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Oil ½ Cup
- Onion 2 large size
- 2 inch Ginger
- 7-8 Cloves of Ginger
- 3-4 Green Chillies
- 2 Tomatoes Slice
- Yogurt 1 Cup
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Chilli Powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tsp
- Cumin Powder 1 tsp
- Whole Spices 1 tbsp
- Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
- Garam Masala 1 tbsp
Step 1
In a chopper, add chicken. Add salt, chili powder, coriander powder, pepper, cumin powder, roasted chickpea powder, poppy seeds paste, ginger garlic paste and coriander leaves. Choperize it to a smooth paste.
Step 2
Now take a portion and make balls of equal sizes. Take a pan, add oil. Add whole spices and cook for a minute. Then add balls and cook them until golden brown.
Step 3
In the meantime, prepare a paste. For this, add Oil in a pan. Add onions, ginger and garlic. Cook it for 2-3 minutes or until translucent. Once cooked, take it out in a bowl. Add green chillies, tomato slices, yogurt, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and cumin powder. Blend it to a smooth paste.
Step 4
Once meatballs are cooked, add this prepared paste and cook it until Oil separates.
Step 5
Once the oil separates, add Coriander Leaves and Garam Masala Powder. Your delicious Chicken Meatballs Gravy is ready to serve.
