Ingredients

- Green Capsicum ½ Cup
- Red Bell Pepper ½ Cup
- Onions ½ Cup

- Chicken 500g
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
- Pepper ½ tsp
- Cumin Seeds ½ tsp
- Red Chilli Powder ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Kashmiri Chilli Powder ½ tsp
- Ketchup ½ Cup
- Water ½ Cup
Step 1
In a pan, add oil. Add chillies, green capsicum, red bell pepper and onions. Let it cook for a minute. Once done, set aside.
Step 2
In a pan, add oil. Add chopped onions and cook it for 1-2 minutes. Then add chicken and cook it for 4-5 minutes.
Step 3
Now add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute. Add turmeric powder, pepper, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, salt and kashmiri chilli powder. Mix well.
Step 4
Now add ketchup and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add water and cover to cook for 2-3 minutes. Finally add sautéed vegetables and mix well.
