Chicken Loaf

Savor a delightful twist on a classic comfort dish with this chicken meatloaf, where tender ground chicken is perfectly seasoned and baked to juicy perfection, offering a lighter yet flavorful alternative to the traditional beef version.

Ingredients

  • Chicken 750g
  • Chopped Onions 2 tbsp
  • Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Breadcrumbs 3 tbsp
  • 2 Beaten Eggs
  • Milk 1 tbsp
  • Frozen Peas ¼ Cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Pepper 1 tsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Coriander Leaves 1 tbsp
  • Oil ¼ tsp

Step 1

Take 750g of Chicken and Choperize it well. Then add chopped onions, chopped garlic, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, milk, frozen peas, salt, pepper, oregano and coriander leaves. Give it a good mix.

Step 2

Now take a cake tin and grease it properly. Now add Chicken Mixture and Bake it for 25-30 minutes at 180°C.

Step 3

Once baked, let it cool.
