Ingredients
- Chicken Drumsticks 8-10
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Water 2 litre
- Boiled Potatoes 4-5
- Capsicum 2 tbsp
- Carrot 2 tbsp
- Breadcrumbs 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Chilli flakes 1 tsp
- Coriander Leaves
- Cornflour 2 tbsp
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Chilli flakes ¼ tsp
- Water ½ Cup
- Breadcrumbs
Step 1
Take Chicken Drumsticks in a pan. Now add salt and water in it. Bring it to a boil. Once it boils, take it out and let them cool.
Step 2
Now separate the meat from Bone. Set the bones aside. Shred the meat and start adding the next ingredients.
Step 3
Add boiled potatoes, capsicum, carrot, Breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, chilli flakes and coriander leaves. Give it a good mix.
Step 4
Now grease your hands with oil and take some mixture. Put the mixture around the bone and set it properly.
Step 5
Now coat the drumstick with cornflour slurry. For this, take cornflour in a bowl. Add salt and chilli flakes. Add some water and make a smooth slurry.
Step 6
Then coat the drumstick with Breadcrumbs. Coat the rest of the drumsticks with corn flour slurry and breadcrumbs.
Step 7
Put oil for frying. Fry them until golden brown. Once fried, Serve them with your favourite dip and Enjoy!
