Chicken Lasagna in a Pan

Ingredients

  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Chicken Mince 500g
  • Chopped Onion 1 large size
  • Chopped Garlic 2 tbsp
  • Tomato Puree ½ Cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chilli Powder 1 tsp
  • Chilli flakes ½ tsp
  • Oregano ½ tsp
  • Cumin Powder ½ tsp
  • Paprika ¼ tsp
  • Chicken Stock 2 Cups
  • Lasagna Sheets 5-6
  • Mozzarella cheese ½ Cup
  • Coriander leaves

Step 1

Take a Pan, add Oil. Let it heat. Then add Minced Chicken, chopped garlic And onions. Mix and Cook for 3-4 minutes.

Step 2

Once chicken turns white, add tomato puree, salt, chilli powder, chilli flakes, oregano, paprika, cumin powder. Mix it well. Cover and Cook for 5 minutes on low flame.

Step 3

Add Chicken Stock and Lasagna Sheets. Add some cheese and coriander leaves. Now cover and cook for 7-8 minutes.

Step 4

Remove the lid and serve hot. Enjoy!
