Chicken Fajita

Savor the vibrant flavors of juicy marinated chicken, sautéed with a colorful medley of bell peppers and onions, all wrapped in a warm tortilla for a delightful chicken fajita experience.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast 2
  • Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
  • Chilli Powder 1 tsp
  • Garlic Powder ½ tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder ½ tsp
  • Onion Powder ½ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cumin Powder ½ tsp
  • Olive Oil 3 tbsp
  • Red Bell Pepper 1
  • Green Capsicum 1
  • White Onion 1
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Pepper ½ tsp

Step 1

Take 2 chicken breast and divide it in 2 thin slices.

Step 2

Take a bowl, add lemon juice, chilli powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, cumin powder and black pepper powder. Mix all the spices.

Step 3

Add chicken and marinate it for 30 minutes.

Step 4

Add Olive Oil in a Pan. Fry the chicken until golden brown. After frying, cut the chicken into pieces.

Step 5

Cut red bell pepper, green capsicum and white onions. In a Pan, Sauté all these vegetables for 2-4 minutes.

Step 6

Add some salt and pepper. Then add chicken and cook for a minute.

Step 7

Serve hot and enjoy.
