Ingredients
- Water 5 cups
- Spaghetti 1 packet
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Minced Chicken 350g
- White onion ½ Cup
- Cabbage ½ Cup
- Green Onion 3 tbsp
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
- Chilli powder ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Water 2 Cups
- Spring onion 2 tbsp
- Cornflour slurry 2 tbsp
Step 1
In a saucepan, add Water and Bring it to a boil. Add Spaghetti and Cook until 90% done. After that, turn off the flame and set aside.
Step 2
In a pan, add oil. Let it heat. Then add Minced Chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes till the chicken turns white.
Step 3
Now add white onion, cabbage and green onion. Cook for another 2-3 minutes. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, Salt and Chilli Powder. Mix well.
Step 4
Then add Water, mix. Add Boiled Spaghetti and Spring onions. Cook for 3-4 minutes on medium-low flame.
Step 5
For light thick consistency, add Cornflour Slurry and cook for a minute.
Step 6
That's all, turn off the flame and serve it in a bowl. Enjoy!
