Ingredients
- Chicken 300g
- Yogurt ½ Cup
- Tikka Masala 1 tbsp
- Pepper ½ tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder ½ tsp
- Cumin seeds ½ tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Red chilli sauce 1 tbsp
- Cornflour 1&½ tbsp
- Water ½ Cup
- Sliced Potatoes
- Oil for frying
Step 1
In a bowl, add chicken, yogurt, tikka masala, pepper, salt, red chilli powder, cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste and red chilli sauce. Give it a good mix.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix cornflour and water until lumps free. Now dip sliced potato in this slurry.
Step 3
Put the chicken piece in the middle of the sliced potato. Use a toothpick and insert it in the potato and chicken. Make all the butterflies like this.
Step 4
Now in a pan, add oil. Fry them until golden brown on low flame. Once done, serve with your favorite sauce
