Ingredients
- Chicken 300g
- Yogurt 1/2 Cup
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tsp
- Chili Flakes 1/2 tsp
- Chili Powder 1/4 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
- Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp
- Capsicum 1/4 Cup
- Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
- Mayonnaise 1/4 Cup
- Bread Slices as required
- Beaten Eggs
- Breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
Step 1
In a pan, add chicken, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, oil, coriander powder, chili flakes, chili powder, salt, turmeric powder and cumin powder.
Step 2
Now turn on the flame and cook it for 4-5 minutes. Then cover it for 5-7 minutes until the chicken becomes soft and tender.
Step 3
Once the chicken is cooked, add capsicum and coriander leaves. Give it a good mix.
Step 4
Now shred the chicken pieces, add mayonnaise and mix well. Turn off the flame and set aside.
Step 5
Take 2 bread slices. Remove the sides, add the stuffing on one slice. Then cover it with the second slice. Now take a sharp knife and cut 3 equal sized bars. This is how you can make 3 rolls or bars from 2 slices of bread.
Step 6
Now dip each roll in beaten eggs and then coat it in breadcrumbs. Fry them in hot oil until crispy golden brown.
Step 7
Serve it with your favourite sauce.
