Ingredients
- Coriander Leaves ½ Bunch
- Green Chilli 1-2 (Optional)
- Onion 1 small size
- Garlic Cloves 4-5
- Chicken 500g
- Salt ½ tsp
- Pepper ½ tsp
- Chilli Powder ½ tsp
- Chilli flakes ½ tsp
- Bread slices As required
- Eggs 2
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Chilli flakes ¼ tsp
- Breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
Step 1
In a chopper, add coriander leaves, green chilli, onion and garlic cloves. Choperize it well.
Step 2
Then add chicken, salt, pepper, chilli powder, chilli flakes. Choperize again until smooth. Set it aside.
Step 3
Take bread slices and spread chicken mixture evenly on one side. Cut the bread diagonally.
Step 4
Now in a bowl, take 2 eggs. Add salt and chilli flakes. Beat it well. Now coat the bread with eggs on both sides.
Step 5
Take breadcrumbs and coat it on the back side of the bread.
Step 6
Now take oil for frying. Fry them over high flame until golden brown. Serve with some sauce and Enjoy!
