Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Breasts
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chilli Flakes 1 tsp
- Pepper ½ tsp
- Paprika 1½ tsp
- Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- All purpose flour
- Cold Water
- Oil for frying
Step 1
Take Chicken Breasts and Cut the small sized bites. Add them in a bowl. Then add Salt, Chilli Flakes, Pepper, Paprika, Soy Sauce and Ginger Garlic Paste. Mix well and Marinate it for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2
Take a bowl of all purpose flour. Firstly coat the Chicken bite in it and then dip it in cold water.
Step 3
Again coat it in All Purpose Flour. Dust off the excess flour. Repeat the process with all the bites.
Step 4
Now fry them in Oil until crispy and golden brown. Once done, Serve them with your favourite sauce.
