Ingredients
- 2 cups Mixed pasta (Penny pasta, Rigatoni pasta, Elbow pasta)
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 1 tbsp Garlic, chopped
- 1 small Onion, chopped
- 750g Chicken, cut into strips
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Chilli flakes
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 2 tbsp Carrot
- 1/2 cup Capsicum (red, green, yellow)
- 1/2 cup Cabbage
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Chilli sauce
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
Step 1
Cooking Pasta: In a large pot, bring water to a boil with salt and oil. Add mixed pasta and cook until 90% done. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
Step 2
Preparing Chicken and Vegetables: In a large pan, heat oil and sauté garlic and onion for 1-2 minutes. Add chicken strips and cook until colour changes to white (5-7 minutes). Season with salt, chilli flakes, cumin powder, and pepper.
Step 3
Stir-Frying: Add carrot, capsicum, and cabbage. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring continuously. Add cooked pasta, vinegar, soy sauce, and chilli sauce. Mix well.
Step 4
Serving: Serve hot, garnished with coriander leaves.
