Ingredients
- Chicken 500g
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
- Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Pepper ½ tsp
- All purpose flour 4 tbsp
- Cumin seeds ½ tsp
- Oregano ¼ tsp
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Pepper ¼ tsp
- Chilli Flakes ½ tsp
- Coriander Leaves 3 tbsp
- Water 1 Cup
- Oil for frying
- Oil ½ Cup
- All purpose flour 1 tbsp
- Milk 1 Cup
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Pepper ¼ tsp
- Chilli Flakes ¼ tsp
- Ketchup 2 tbsp
- Mozzarella Cheese ¼ Cup
Step 1
In a bowl, add Chicken, Ginger Garlic Paste, Lemon Juice, Salt, Pepper and Give it a good mix. Rest it for at least 15 minutes.
Step 2
Now add all purpose flour in a separate Bowl. Add cumin seeds, oregano, salt, pepper, chilli flakes and coriander leaves. Add some Water and make a smooth slurry.
Step 3
Take a piece of chicken. Dip it inside the slurry and set aside.
Step 4
Take Oil in a pan. Fry the chicken until golden brown on medium-low flame. Once fried, turn off the flame and set them aside.
Step 5
Now add ½ cup Oil in another pan. Add flour and Cook for a minute. Then add milk. Cook it until it thickens. Add salt, pepper and chilli flakes. Mix well.
Step 6
Add Ketchup and mix well. Then add Mozzarella Cheese. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts. Your cheesy sauce is ready!
Step 7
Now assemble the chicken in the serving dish. Add cheese sauce over the top. Garnish with some coriander leaves.
