Cheesy Chicken Bake

Rich flavors of Turkish cuisine with this delightful Cheesy Chicken recipe, where tender chicken breasts are marinated in aromatic spices, topped with a luscious blend of Turkish cheeses, and baked to golden perfection for a comforting, melt-in-your-mouth experience.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt ½ Cup
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
  • Cumin Powder ½ tsp
  • Paprika ½ tsp
  • Chilli Powder ½ tsp
  • Coriander Powder ½ tsp
  • Chilli Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Chicken 500g
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • All Purpose Flour 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1 Cup
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Pepper ¼ tsp
  • Mozzarella cheese as required
  • Chilli flakes & Oregano
  • Coriander Leaves

Step 1

Take a bowl, add yogurt, oil, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, paprika, chilli sauce, vinegar.

Step 2

Add chicken and give it a good mix. Take a Pan, add this marinated chicken in it. Cook on medium-low flame until done. Then cover it and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Cook more until chicken tenders. After that turn off the flame and set aside.

Step 4

To make White sauce, add oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic and Sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add all purpose flour and cook it properly for 3-4 minutes.

Step 5

Add milk and cook for a minute until thickens. Add pepper and salt and Mix well.

Step 6

Now assemble it. In a pan, add chicken, white sauce and Mozzarella Cheese on the top. Sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano. Garnish with some coriander leaves.

Step 7

Cover the pan and cook for 3 minutes on low flame. Now turn off the flame.

Step 8

Serve hot
