Ingredients
- Yogurt ½ Cup
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
- Cumin Powder ½ tsp
- Paprika ½ tsp
- Chilli Powder ½ tsp
- Coriander Powder ½ tsp
- Chilli Sauce 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Chicken 500g
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Garlic 1 tsp
- All Purpose Flour 2 tbsp
- Milk 1 Cup
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Pepper ¼ tsp
- Mozzarella cheese as required
- Chilli flakes & Oregano
- Coriander Leaves
Step 1
Take a bowl, add yogurt, oil, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, paprika, chilli sauce, vinegar.
Step 2
Add chicken and give it a good mix. Take a Pan, add this marinated chicken in it. Cook on medium-low flame until done. Then cover it and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Cook more until chicken tenders. After that turn off the flame and set aside.
Step 4
To make White sauce, add oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic and Sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add all purpose flour and cook it properly for 3-4 minutes.
Step 5
Add milk and cook for a minute until thickens. Add pepper and salt and Mix well.
Step 6
Now assemble it. In a pan, add chicken, white sauce and Mozzarella Cheese on the top. Sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano. Garnish with some coriander leaves.
Step 7
Cover the pan and cook for 3 minutes on low flame. Now turn off the flame.
Step 8
Serve hot
