Cheese Omelet

Ingredients

  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Chopped Onion 2 tbsp
  • Chopped Red Bell Pepper 2 tbsp
  • Chopped Capsicum 2 tbsp
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Pepper ¼ tsp
  • Eggs 4
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Pepper ¼ tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Mozzarella Cheese slices

Step 1

In a pan, add oil about 1 tbsp. Add some chopped onions, red bell pepper and capsicum. Sauté for a minute. Add salt and pepper. Give it a good mix and set them aside.

Step 2

Now in a bowl, add 4 eggs. Add salt and pepper. Beat them well. Add oil about 2 tbsp in a pan.

Step 3

Add eggs. Let it cook for sometime. Once cooked, add the sautéed vegetables on one side. Place 2 Mozzarella cheese slices over the top and fold the second side.

Step 4

Your delicious and fluffy cheese Omelette is ready to serve!
