Ingredients
- Cashew Nuts ¼ Cup
- Red Chillies 4-5
- Oil ½ Cup
- Onions 2 medium size
- Tomato 2 medium size
- Chicken 1 Kg
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- 2 Cardamom
- Cumin Powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Kashmiri Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Dried Fenugreek Leaves 1 tbsp
Step 1
In a pan, add cashew nuts and red chillies. Dry roast them for a minute. Once done, set them aside.
Step 2
Add oil in the same pan. Add roughly chopped onions and let it cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Step 3
In a blender, add roasted cashew and red chilies, onions and tomatoes. Blend it to a smooth paste.
Step 4
In the same pan of Oil, add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Step 5
Now add cardamom, cumin powder, turmeric, kashmiri chili powder, salt, coriander powder and red chili powder. Mix Well. Then add the Prepared Paste of Onions, Nuts and Chillies. Cook for 2-3 minutes and then cover to cook for 10 minutes on medium-low flame.
Step 6
Finally add dried fenugreek leaves and mix well. Serve hot.
