Ingredients
- Oil ½ Cup
- Whole Spices 1 tbsp
- Chopped Onions 1 cup
- Red Whole Chillies 5-7
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Tomato Paste ½ Cup
- Cumin Seeds ½ tsp
- Chilli Flakes ½ tsp
- Red Chilli Powder ½ tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Yogurt 1 Cup
- Coriander Powder ½ tsp
- Minced Chicken 750g
- Cashew Nuts as required
- Garam Masala 1 tsp
- Ginger & Coriander Leaves for garnishing
Step 1
In a pot, add oil. Add whole spices and cook for a minute. Add chopped onions and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 2
Add whole red chillies and cook for a minute. Now add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add tomato paste and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Step 3
Add cumin seeds, chilli flakes, red chilli powder, salt and yogurt. Mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Step 4
Add coriander powder and mix well. Cover to cook for 2-3 minutes. Add chicken and cover to cook for 3-4 minutes.
Step 5
Finally add ginger, coriander leaves, garam masala and cashew nuts.
