Ingredients

  • Carrot 2 kg
  • 3 Green Cardamom
  • Milk 500ml
  • Clarified Butter 250g
  • Sugar 200g
  • Cashew Nuts ½ Cup
  • Almonds ½ Cup
  • Khoya ½ Cup

Step 1

Take 2 kg Carrots and grate them nicely. Take a pan, add grated carrots and green cardamom. Add milk and cook for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Then cover it for 30 minutes on low flame. After 30 minutes, stir well and then again cover for another 30 minutes on low flame.

Step 3

Stir after 30 minutes and cover for more than 10 minutes. You have to repeat the process till the milk dries up.

Step 4

Once the milk dries up, add Clarified Butter and Mix. Add sugar and cook until it melts. Add some cashew nuts, almonds and khoya. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes.
