Cabbage with eggs

This simple yet satisfying dish combines tender sautéed cabbage with fluffy scrambled eggs, seasoned with a hint of garlic and pepper for a comforting meal that's both nourishing and quick to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cabbage
  • 1/2 medium Onion
  • 1 small Carrot
  • 3 tbsp Spring Onions
  • 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3 tbsp Oatmeal
  • 2 tbsp Wheat Flour
  • 1 tsp Cooking Oil

Step 1

Chop ½ Cabbage and Slice ½ Onion.

Step 2

Add 1 tsp Oil in a Pan. Stir fry Cabbage and Onion on Medium-Low flame.

Step 3

Add Chilli Powder, Salt and Pepper. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes.

Step 4

Cut 1 small sized Carrot and Add it to Cabbage mixture. Again fry for 3-4 minutes.

Step 5

Turn off the Flame and set the stir fried Vegetables aside.

Step 6

Take a Bowl, add 3 medium size Eggs. Beat them well. Add Stir fried vegetables.

Step 7

Then add Chopped Spring Onion 3 tbsp. Add 3 tbsp Oatmeal and 2 tbsp Flour and Mix.

Step 8

Take 1 tsp Oil in a Pan and Cook the eggs until fluffy soft.

Step 9

When one side of the eggs is done, flip the pan carefully and cook from the other side.

Step 10

Fluffy Eggs with stir fried veggies is ready to serve. Enjoy.
