Ingredients
- 4 Bread Slices for Breadcrumbs
- Chicken 500g
- Salt 1 tsp
- Pepper ½ tsp
- Paprika ½ tsp
- Oregano ½ tsp
- Cumin Powder ½ tsp
- Chilli Flakes ½ tsp
- 2 Bread Slices
- Water as required
- 2 Eggs
- Oil for frying
Step 1
In a chopper, add bread slices and chopperize them. Take it out in the bowl.
Step 2
Add Chicken in a Chopper. Add salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, cumin powder and chilli flakes. Take 2 bread slices and dip them in water. Squeeze the water and add it in a chopper.
Step 3
Take a small portion from the mixture. Make a ball and coat it in Breadcrumbs that you prepared in the first step. Press the ball gently and flatten it.
Step 4
Now take 2 eggs in a bowl. Coat the cutlet in the eggs. Now fry them in oil until golden brown.
Step 5
Once done, take it out. Serve hot and Enjoy!
