Ingredients
- Chicken Breast 1
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Cornflour 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- 1 medium size White Onion
- 1 medium size Green Capsicum
- 1 medium size Red Capsicum
- Salt ½ tsp
- Pepper ½ tsp
- Soy sauce 1 tsp
- Vinegar 1 tsp
- Ketchup 2 tbsp
- Spring onion for garnishing
Step 1
Take 1 chicken breast and cut it into strips. In a bowl, add chicken, soy Sauce, vinegar, cornflour, salt and pepper. Mix it well.
Step 2
In a pan, add oil. Turn on the flame. And fry the chicken until golden brown. Once cooked, set aside.
Step 3
Now add onions, red and green capsicum and cook for a minute. Add some salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Then soy Sauce, vinegar, ketchup. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then add chicken. Mix again and turn off the flame.
Step 5
Garnish with spring onion. Serve with rice and enjoy!
