Ingredients
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Milk 1 Cup
- Whipping Cream 1 cup
- Biscuits as required
Step 1
Take a pan, add sugar and caramelize. Add butter and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 2
Then add Milk and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add it in a bowl and let it cool.
Step 3
Add whipping Cream and beat until medium stiff peaks. Add caramelized sugar and beat again for 3-4 minutes.
Step 4
Take a dish, place biscuits,add cream over it. Add caramelized sugar and place a second layer.
Step 5
Make a design with a toothpick. Garnish with biscuit powder.
Step 6
Serve and enjoy!
