Banana Muffins

Ingredients

  • Butter 75 g
  • Sugar powder ½ Cup
  • Egg 2 medium size (Add one by one)
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Bananas 2 medium size
  • Flour 2 Cups, measured correctly
  • Baking powder 1 tbsp
  • Chocolate chip ½ Cup

Step 1

Take a bowl and add butter. Beat it for 2 minutes until smooth. Then add sugar powder and give it a good mix.

Step 2

Then add 1 egg in it and start beating it for 2-3 minutes. Add the second Egg and beat again for 2-3 minutes. Eggs should be at room temperature.

Step 3

Add vanilla essence and beat for a minute. Take it aside.

Step 4

In a bowl, add very ripe Bananas and mash it properly with the help of a fork. Add mashed bananas in our cake batter. Beat it again for 2 minutes.

Step 5

In another bowl, add flour, and baking powder. Give it a good mix. Add dry ingredients in muffin batter and mix it well with whisk.

Step 6

Add semi-sweet Chocolate chips and mix it again.

Step 7

Now take a baking tray and add batter in it. Top with chocolate chips. Bake it for 25-30 minutes at 180°C.
