Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Potatoes 5 large size
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Water as required
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Chopped Garlic 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Chilli Powder ½ tsp
  • Chilli Flakes ½ tsp
  • Cumin Powder ½ tsp
  • Paprika ¼ tsp

Step 1

Take 5-6 Potatoes. Peel it properly. Cut it accordingly with the help of chopsticks. Make cuts horizontally and then vertically.

Step 2

Add Salt on the potatoes and mix well. Place them in a bowl. Add water as required. And mix well. Rest it for 15 minutes.

Step 3

After 15 minutes, place all the potatoes on a baking tray. Now in a bowl, add oil and chopped garlic. Mix well.

Step 4

Brush the garlic oil on the potatoes with a brush. In another bowl, add spices. Add salt, chilli powder, chilli flakes, cumin powder, paprika and mix.

Step 5

Sprinkle the spice on potatoes. Now bake it for 40 minutes at 180°C.
