Ingredients
- For Pasta
- Penne pasta 1 packet
- Water as required
- Salt 1 tbsp or to taste
- Oil 2 tbsp
- For Chicken creamy pasta
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Onion Chopped 1 medium size
- Garlic Chopped 1 tbsp
- Chicken boneless 500g
- Capsicum Chopped 1 medium size
- Chilli Sauce 2 tbsp
- Tomato ketchup 4 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Black pepper powder ½ tsp
- Paprika powder ½ tsp
- Oregano ½ tsp
- Cumin Powder ½ tsp
- For white sauce
- Butter 2 tbsp
- All-purpose flour 1 tbsp
- Milk 1 Cup
- Salt 1/4 tsp or to taste
- Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
- Mozzarella cheese grated
Step 1
Take a saucepan, add water, salt and oil. Bring it to a boil. Then add a pack of penne pasta. Cook it until done.
Step 2
Take a pan, add oil. Heat it on low flame. Then add chopped onions and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add chopped garlic and cook again for 1-2 minutes.
Step 3
Add chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes on medium-low flame. Add salt, pepper, paprika, cumin powder, oregano and mix. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Add chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and mix again. Then add chopped capsicum and cook for a minute. Add boiled pasta and mix it properly.
Step 5
Take another pan, add butter. Let it melt. Add all purpose flour and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 6
Add milk and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add salt, pepper and mix. Add chicken pasta stuffing and mix it properly.
Step 7
Take a dish, add all the mixture in it. And add grated mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle oregano. Bake it for 15 minutes. Serve hot and Enjoy!
