Anna Pauls Turkish Pasta

Anna Paul's Turkish Pasta is a flavorful and comforting dish featuring tender pasta tossed with spiced ground meat, creamy garlic-infused yogurt, and a vibrant paprika butter sauce. Inspired by traditional Turkish flavors, this easy-to-make recipe balances rich, aromatic spices with fresh herbs and juicy tomatoes, creating a hearty and satisfying meal perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • Penne Pasta 500g
  • Chicken Mince 500g
  • Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Chopped Onion 1 medium size
  • Salt 1 tsp or to taste
  • Pepper 1 tsp
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Greek Yogurt ½ Cup
  • Chopped Garlic 1 tsp
  • Diced Tomatoes 2 tbsp
  • Garnish with Coriander Leaves

Step 1

In a Saucepan, add water and boil it. Then add Penne Pasta and cook it until 100% done.

Step 2

In another pan, add Minced Chicken. Cook the chicken on medium flame until it changes to white. Then add Chopped Garlic and Chopped onions and give it a good mix. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Now add little spices in the chicken. Add salt, pepper and paprika and mix it well.

Step 3

Once the chicken is cooked well, turn off the flame and set it aside.

Step 4

In a bowl, add greek yogurt, chopped garlic or some salt if required. Give it a mix and set aside.

Step 5

In a large serving dish, add boiled pasta, chicken and greek yogurt over it. Then garnish it with diced tomatoes and fresh coriander leaves.
