- 2 oz of savory prosciutto
- 1 lb of frozen tortellini

Step 1
Cut the prosciutto into strips that are about an inch long and a quarter inch wide.

Start by filling a large pot with water, adding a pinch of salt, and bringing it to a vigorous boil. Then, gently stir in the tortellini and allow it to return to a boil.
