Step 1

Next, pop some Tater Tots® into the air fryer basket and let them crisp up for a delightful 15 minutes, remembering to give the basket a gentle shake halfway through.

While the tots are sizzling away, crisp up some bacon in a small skillet over medium-high heat for around 5 minutes, then toss in the chorizo and slices of celery. Let them dance in the skillet for about 3 minutes before draining off any excess grease.

Transfer the golden Tater Tots® to a bowl and top them with the flavorful bacon-chorizo mix. Add a splash of water, an egg, and a hint of garlic base, stirring until everything is perfectly coated. Spoon this delicious mix into the prepared springform pan.

Now, adjust the air fryer's temperature to a cozy 320 degrees F (160 degrees C). Slide the springform pan into the air fryer and let it cook for approximately 7 minutes until the dressing is cooked through. If it needs a bit more time, give it an extra 3 minutes to ensure it's just right.
