- 3 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger root, grated
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 bell pepper, green, diced
Step 1
Start by preparing a flavorful broth in a small saucepan by mixing bouillon granules with boiling water. In a spacious bowl, unite ground beef, bread crumbs, diced onion, and an egg. Combine the broth with the mixture and form meatballs, aiming for a size of about 1 to 2 inches each.

Next, in a large saucepan set over medium heat, sear the meatballs until they are browned on all sides. In a separate bowl, blend reserved pineapple juice, lemon juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, a bit of ginger, and more beef bouillon granules.
