Ingredients

Step 1
Blend cream cheese, sharp Cheddar, fresh pear, chopped scallion whites, a pinch of salt, and a sprinkle of pepper in a mixing bowl until smooth and well combined.
Step 2

Step 3
Right before serving, mix together crunchy pecans and the leftover scallion green parts on a flat dish. Roll the cheese ball in this delightful mix, gently pressing to ensure it sticks perfectly. Enjoy this savory treat with your favorite crackers or sliced veggies.
