Step 1

Step 2

Once set, remove the sausage "loaves" from the pans and cut them into 1/2-inch slices. Separate the slices with plastic wrap and store them in the refrigerator if not consumed within 4 days. When ready to cook, follow the same cooking instructions over medium-low heat.
