Step 1
Begin by placing the shredded cucumber in a colander and gently sprinkling it with salt, allowing it to drain for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the flavorful tzatziki sauce in a small bowl by combining creamy yogurt, zesty lemon juice, aromatic dill, minced garlic, tangy vinegar, and crumbled feta cheese.
