Step 1
Combine a flavorful mixture by whisking scallions, ripe pear, dark soy sauce, fragrant sesame oil, a touch of mirin, a hint of brown sugar, minced garlic, zesty lime juice, fresh ginger, a pinch of black pepper, and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes in a mixing bowl.
